Limited Edition Maquettes of the Ernest Shackleton Statue

Commissioned by Kildare County Council as part of its ‘Decade of Commemorations’, and unveiled a century to the day since Ernest Shackleton rescued the crew of the Endurance from the Antarctic, the Athy statue stands eternally facing south. These striking limited edition maquettes are cast in bronze; each weighs 5.5 kg and is 30 H x 17 W x 14 D cm.
